   ### Superset version
   
   Superset 0.26.3
   Python 2.7.5
   Postgres 10.4
   
   ### Expected results
   
   Dropdown containing my tables
   
   ### Actual results
   
   Dropdown empty. 
   
   ### Steps to reproduce
   
   I cloned the superset metadata DB from postgres 9 to 10 (data looks the same, dont think the problem lies here), and migrated superset from 0.24 to 0.26.3. I can still open my datasources and existing charts, but when I try to create a new one, the dropdown to select the datasource is empty.
