[I] java: Include headers/options when calling preparedStatement.close() [arrow-adbc]

Kyperr opened a new issue, #4512:

   ### What happened?
   
   When FlightSqlStatement calls preparedStatement.close(); it does not include the headers. With some arrow-flight servers, this results in an authentication issue.
   
   Calling `preparedStatement.close(connectionOptions);` should be sufficient.
   
   ### Stack Trace

   ### How can we reproduce the bug?
   
   This would be reproducible when targeting a Starrocks database. I've included a basic client that should connect to a starrocks instance and reproduce the issue.
