Long file path problem in WinXP

Checked in a fix for the long file path problem. Could you please
check if this work for you as well? when you get a chance.

I know what you think about Windows. But this problem was caused by a
bug in the JDK implementation :)

   This is nice! It gives us some more breathing room. We still we can
not generate unpacked servers in individual assemblies directory
because of long names in webconsole configs.
