I'm opening this in the Attic project, but feel free to move it where appropriate (Infra ?, Excalibur ?)

The apidocs are no longer available from the excalibur website.
They still reside eg. on people.apache.org:/www/excalibur but are not in the SVN, so the svnpubsub system cannot put them online

Could someone with commit right access copy them on the Excalibur SVN ?
