[users@httpd] Install http

When I do a make on http-2.0.54 I get the following error:

I am configuring with LDFLAGS="-lresolv" \ 
./configure --enable-modules=so --enable-ssl
--with-ssl=/usr/local/ssl/include

I am trying to get apache running with openssl. 

Any help would be appreciated.
