Subversion migration completed

The migration to subversion went smoothly. Thanks to Justin Erenkrantz
for doing.. well, almost all of the actual migration work.

CVS is now locked to read-only mode, and will not be kept up-to-date
with future development. Hopefully later today we will add a notice
document to point people to the new repository location.

The repository is now located at
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xmlbeans/ . For information on
anonymous and committer access via subversion, see
http://www.apache.org/dev/version-control.html.

The next task is to restructure the tree. WE did a straight import to
lessen the amount of migration time needed, and will now use that handy
file/directory move support to give an appropriate layout.
The new layout will be:

//xmlbeans
   ./trunk - v2.x codebase, i.e. ./bin, ./src as well as the samples
   ./branches - v1.x release branch, jdk 1.3 branch
./tags - release and prerelease tags for 1.0.x (currently)
   ./site - website content

I unfortunately will not be able to do this switch until later tonight.
People may check out and even commit changes now of say
xmlbeans/trunk/v2 - I will post instructions on how to use svn switch
later (it is simple, I promise) so people do not have to re-checkout the
tree.
