Problem in running.

hi,

i am having one xml file and i want to transform to
pdf using fop the following error occured.

My classpath and path are

i am using windows 98 m/c.

i tried to transform by this command line.

"java org.apache.fop.apps.XalanCommandLine
catalogs.xml catalogs.xsl catalogs.pdf."

the error came to me is 
"
FOP 0.17.0 DEV
using SAX parser org.apache.xerces.parsers.SAXParser
transforming to xsl:fo markup
FATAL ERROR: no transformer class found
"

can u suggest me 
why this problem
and how to solve this.
