I've been reported that it's not clear to new users how to create a new page.
We should provide some hints on this or even better, provide functionality for creating a new page. A link to this page could be automatically added to the left menu, for example. AFAIR TWiki/Foswiki already has such a mechanism.

I agree, it's not very intuitive to type a pagename in the Search field, hover the mouse over and click Edit.
