Right now it is not so easy to debug issues related to the admission controller, also the logging level is not configurable, even if we have some log entries defined at debug level, I think we cannot change the level, what by default is INFO.

We need the following improvements related the admission controller logging:
 * review and cleanup the logging
 * make the log level configurable
