Preventing people from posting to docs@cocoon.apache.org?

Hi apmail team,

The Cocoon team recently voted to close the docs@cocoon.apache.org
mailing list (see [1] and [2]) to "human" traffic, if possible keeping
it active only for automatic wiki updates (which are currently sent
with stevenn@outerthought.org as the sender).

The list archives should be kept as well, again if possible.

Can you easily prevent everyone except stevenn@outerthought.org from
subscribing and posting to the list, or what's the best way to achieve
this?

Should be "from posting" obviously, sorry.
People might need to be able to subscibe to get wiki updates ;-)
