[jira] Created: (DERBY-294) Move argument processing out of NetworkServerControlImpl

Move argument processing out of NetworkServerControlImpl
--------------------------------------------------------

         Key: DERBY-294
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DERBY-294
     Project: Derby
        Type: Improvement
  Components: Network Server
    Versions: 10.1.0.0
 Environment: N/A
    Reporter: David Van Couvering
    Priority: Minor

NetworkServerControlImpl should be focused on implementing the logic of the Network Server, not processing arguments. This properly belongs in NetworkServerControl.

for a fairly involved discussion about this, and classes with main routines in
general.
