DOMASBuilderImpl.parseASInputSource() does not work.

The method parseASInputSource(DOMInputSource is) in DOMASBuilder fails to read 
the input stream embedded inside a DOMInputSource, making the following 
constructor of DOMInputSourceImpl useless:

DOMInputSourceImpl(String publicId, String systemId, String baseSystemId,      
InputStream byteStream, String encoding)
