   I tested this with my setup where the Public user is configured and `DASHBOARD_RBAC` is enabled, it didn't change the behavior.  But when I tried renaming the Public user to something else, then it correctly redirected to the login screen.
   
   So it looks like this would be an improvement for a lot of users but not address my configuration.  @dheeraj281 do you think this could be made to work when a role named Public is configured?
