The following patch provides full HTML tapestry like support using the Clay 
component.  A custom ViewHandler is registered that intercepts resources with 
a matching URL suffix.  Besides the new ClayViewHandler there are a couple 
other bug fixes and enhancements to accommodate the new feature.
 
There is also a patch for the rolodex use case showing the same example using 
the new full-view HTML templating mechanism.
