[jira] [Commented] (CLOUDSTACK-1110) Documentation missing "Management Server Load Balancing"

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-1110?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13570702#comment-13570702 ]

Logan McNaughton commented on CLOUDSTACK-1110:
----------------------------------------------

I'd be happy to add this in, but I'm unsure if the old documentation is still valid, could someone verify this:

It states that load balancer rules need to be created for ports 8080, 8250, and 8096. Is that still correct? Or do the management servers receive information on different ports?

> 4.5.6 in the documentation says:
> "Be sure to configure a load balancer for the Management Servers. See Management Server Load Balancing."
> However, the documentation contains no section labelled as such. This section existed in the CloudStack 3 install guide:
> And needs to be added back into the CloudStack 4 documentation.
