[C2] Understanding Cocoon2 Presentation from Pankaj

Pankaj,
I have converted the PPT into XML format and checked in a version under xdocs directory in C2.
Just use "build docs" to build the XML into HTML. Can you take a look and check if the material is
ok and that i have not mangled anything? Please feel free to send patches.
