The API Spec has a number of TODO comments.  Are those the main things you're taking input on at this point, or are you looking for feedback on all aspects of the API?

> Solr APIs have organically evolved and they are sometimes inconsistent with each other or not in sync with the widely followed conventions of HTTP protocol.
