rereduce function, need help

Today back on a project to try to have reduce working. This function
aim to get a comment thread on a item. You can find it here :

I started to log it and I don't understand why the "bouh" string in
logs appear more than once time even if i use he group params. Any
idee that could enlighten me ? :)  Here are the logs :
