    auroracompute: Add Barcelona (Spain) region to driver

    This PR only adds a new region to the Aurora Compute driver, it does not change functionality of it.
    
    Barcelona is the soon to open new region of Aurora Compute and we would like to have it supported in libcloud prior to launch which is ~2 weeks away

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/wido/libcloud auroracompute-bcn

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/libcloud/pull/835.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #835
