[classlib][test]Harmony has passed all testcases provided by Jetty6.0.2

Hi, all:
Harmony has passed all testcases provided by Jetty6.0.2 both on Windows
Xp2 and Redhat Linux enterprise 4. DRLVM seems to have some problem running
on RedHat. For detailed information, pls refer to
http://wiki.apache.org/harmony/Jetty.
Hence, it seems that we have a reliable internal server that can be
used in testcases about networks.:)
