Hi Guys!
I'm having the same doubt. I've tried to get into jetui-portlet.jsp and
modify it to remove or hide the X (close) button and I haven't been able to.
I tried everything I can think of! can you give us a little more detail on
how to modify this file? I will really appreciate it
Thanks in advance for your time!

Please have a look at /WEB-INF/jetui/yui/jetui-portlet.jsp.
Currently, because close is not a standard action, it can't be configured; instead you can customize it there.
