How we can have both RTL and LRT

Hi
Thank you for reading my post.
can i ask , how we can have both RTL (right to left) and LTR (left to 
right) in jetspeed ?
as you may know some languages like Hebrew are RTL , how i can configure 
JetSpeed 2 to act correctly when we change to an RTL language.
