[GitHub] cloudstack-docs-install pull request: cleaned up formatting in all...

GitHub user swill opened a pull request:

    cleaned up formatting in all the files

    In addition to cleaning up the formatting in all the files, I also removed the deprecated 'managing_networks.rst' file.
    
    I did not make any content changes, only formatting changes.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/cloudops/cloudstack-docs-install swill

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/cloudstack-docs-install/pull/13.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
