   You mean via http://docs.osgi.org/specification/osgi.cmpn/7.0.0/service.component.html#org.osgi.service.component.runtime.ServiceComponentRuntime.disableComponent-ComponentDescriptionDTO-? That is only supposed to be accessed by AdministrativeBundles and I never experienced such a case. Is it enough if we deal with that once someones runs into issues?
