   I think I mark this one as invalid unless you provide some more information. There are plenty of reasons why connection might fail, but I think you should do some more analysis showing and analyzing log files on both client and server side. Also I encourage you to ask some questions about it in slack's #troubleshooting channel - but even there providing some more information will  be useful to help anyone who would like to help you.
