   ### One-line summary [问题简述]
   tooltip现在都是绘制于canvas里，所以无法悬浮在页面的顶部~ 
   通过mouseover事件，能自定义一个tooltip,
   但是mouseover的时候没有类似tooltip的图标点和直线高亮
   如果能显示内部的tooltip的垂直线和点高亮，但是不要内部的tooltip呢
