Hello,
You are using third party plugin as per log:
2014/03/26 11:01:07 INFO  - jmeter.gui.util.MenuFactory: Skipping
kg.apc.jmeter.config.VariablesFromCSVFile

There are known issues in some plugins:

Also there was an issue in a previous release of jmeter-plugins, ensure you
move to 1.1.3.

Please try without it and if you reproduce issue, reopen bug.
