[COMMUNITY] Hazem Saleh - PMC member

The MyFaces PMC is proud to announce an addition to our project
management committee.

Please welcome Hazem Saleh as the newest MyFaces PMC Member!  Hazem
has been an active committer and community member in the MyFaces
