Apache dll

Hi!

I have tried the new ApacheJServ dll from
/builds/tomcat/release/v3.1_beta_1/bin/win32/i386.

The Apache Server fails to start up. It claims the dll is not a valid
image for the OS.

However, I can use the previous version (in v3.1_m1) without problem.

Anyone face the same problem?
