Plan to create skywalking-showcase repository

Hi

We(Zhenxu, Hongtao, and me) have a discussion about helping new users
to try SkyWalking for the first time and demo env, the conclusion
comes out very clear that,
```
We should set up a showcase repository, leveraging k8s helm and
operator to provide case-selectable automatic deployment without any
manual operation.
```

Zhenxu is going to lead the initialization phase of this proposal.

Repository, skywalking-showcase, is going to be created soon.
