Zut.
Some phoenix apidocs are at http://avalon.apache.org/api/ (which
one could kinda consider a failed experiment on my part, as it is too
cumbersome to maintain the big set). In the meantime, could you add an
entry to jira?

I forgot again.
http://avalon.apache.org/phoenix/api/
now has the latest from cvs. I am hoping forrestbot doesn't mess this up
again; I think that bug has been squashed some time ago but I'm not
entirely sure.
