[jira] [Created] (SLING-4501) JarExecutor: new option to specify the JVM binary path

Bertrand Delacretaz created SLING-4501:
------------------------------------------

Summary: JarExecutor: new option to specify the JVM binary path
                 Key: SLING-4501
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-4501
             Project: Sling
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Testing
    Affects Versions: org.apache.sling.testing.tools 1.0.8
            Reporter: Bertrand Delacretaz
            Assignee: Bertrand Delacretaz
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: org.apache.sling.testing.tools 1.0.10

Currently the testing tool's JarExecutor finds the path of the jvm to execute based on the java.home system property, so it's limited to using the same JVM that executes it.

I'll add an option to use a specific JVM, by providing its path in a configuration property.
