Move/Duplicate Samza AM REST endpoint under trackingUrl

Hi there…

I’d like to get some thoughts from people on this:

It’s a one line change to implement.  It make it possible to reach the Samza AM REST endpoint via REST from the RM… i.e. don’t need to pull the Java YarnClient in just to get at this info.
