where is svnserve?

I am using urpmi to install subversion on Mandrake 10.0.  It installs
fine, but I cannot locate the "svnserve" program.  How do I get this?
What package does it come in?

(svnserve comes default with the Windows package...)

I am installing subversion-1.1.0.
