Regarding Apache 2.0.48 Filters, Information required

Hi, 

I require information regarding adding filters in Apache. 
 
I'm looking for applying filters to the HTTP response using Apache proxy
server. I need few related things. 

Basically, we have textual filters(to be more precisely  categorizers), that
informs whether the text is objectionable w.r.t the category. I want to
apply the http response of an url to these filters and decide whether to
allow it or block it. I have apache2.0.48(Win2k), and could able to run it
as a proxy. New to this, and finding ways to incorporate filters. 

In this regard, I request you to send the procedure of incorporating
filters., or the links where I get the exact info.
