Our users frequently experienced the jump issue when weak communications happened between the client and websocket server.

1) users see this issue when they leave the desk for a while and return to work;
2) sometimes if users have some slow network speed issues, the latency of the network speed will cause the cursor to jump again. 
3) could be a well know issue with ace.js editor

I guess the old Zeppelin 0.6 doesn't have a problem because it doesn't support collaborate mode. 
Now the new version supports that, somehow fails a lot for many reasons.
