Reminder: Don't set the "Developer Difficulty" field in Bugzilla

When a defect report is confirmed you will see a field "Developer
Difficulty", with values like easy, simple, medium, etc.  This field is for
developers to indicate how hard it will be to fix.  They use this to
recommend suitable bugs for new programmers to work on.  Please don't set
this field when testing a bug.  Leave it for the developers to use.
