[ANNOUNCE] Apache Twill 0.11.0 released

Hi all,

The Apache Twill team is excited to announce the latest release of Apache
Twill 0.11.0. This is the twelve release of Apache Twill.

Apache Twill is an abstraction over Apache Hadoop® YARN that reduces the
complexity of developing distributed applications, allowing developers to
focus instead on their application logic. More details on Apache Twill can

There are a lot of exciting new features and improvements in this release
that gives you better control on the runtime environment and better
