---------------------------------------------

Added links to a Google style guide and checkstyle enforcement. I don't intend to apply those here. They are just for reference.

> I [recently investigated|http://mail-archives.us.apache.org/mod_mbox/accumulo-dev/201412.mbox/%3CCAL5zq9bkbbYi5CfzXsqFJDSWV5ekLGN3iL4Gvibd59jmVpmSDQ%40mail.gmail.com%3E] applying checkstyle rules to our build. We should implement some minimal checks to enforce some basic formatting.
> Primarily, the initial focus should be on incorrect javadocs, and styles that we're already mostly complying with (to ensure we don't lapse below our current standards with minimal change). In the future, we could perhaps add additional rules or adopt [a more comprehensive policy|https://code.google.com/p/google-styleguide/] for code style.
