jena version upgrade

Hi,

I just realized that we're still using Jena API of version 2.13.0 (still using com.hp.hpl.jena.* namespaces, before Andy updated it).

Any potential breaking changes if I upgrade our code to use recent version of Jena (3.1.0), besides changing the import namespaces?

Thanks,

Z
