Agreed.  We debated moving the RFC-822 parsing stuff to apr-util (and I think 
that was a buy on most folks part.)

Nothing is stopping us from adding it after beta though, so I'm leaving it
tabled for right now (and will update status.)  The other desire is for
mime/multipart parsing (in the broadest generic sense) which Dirk offered
some insight and citations for.
