GPG Guide

Some community members asked me to publish some details on GPG features. I have opened a PR against apache/nifi-site which contains the new guide [1]. It is available in rendered Markdown format here [2].

I would welcome feedback on it, especially from users to whom GPG is completely new. Thanks.
