[RESULT] [VOTE] REDUX: Release Betwixt 0.7

i count [1] three binding +1's (skitching, rdonkin, dion) and one
non-binding +1. i will therefore go ahead and cut betwixt 0.7 not
earlier than 1200UTC Monday July 25 (unless anyone jumps in before that
time).
