   that's correct. [skipping entries](https://github.com/apache/incubator-pulsar/blob/master/managed-ledger/src/main/java/org/apache/bookkeeper/mledger/impl/ManagedCursorImpl.java?utf8=%E2%9C%93#L1166) and acking happens in different thread.
   It's little tricky to reproduce in unit-test, but I will try or will do it in separate PR.
