Jmeter Replay - HTTP Request - Java implementation or HTTPClient4

Hi There,
There is an internet based application hosted outside clients network. while
replaying it from virtual machine, HTTP 407 proxy authentication was
required observed.
In order to replay , Java implementation was used in HTTP request instead of
default HTTP client4(It throws same error in 15 mins) implementation of
HTTP request.
I have replayed the script both with Java & HTTP client4 implementation for
single user & single iteration . Response time is almost similar.
It was recommended on apache jmeter website java implementation should not
be used.
Anyone suggest me on this.
