I made it work!

However the process of deployment seems to be quite awkward. One who gets a
tag library Jar file must do a lot of manual work to attach it to his JSPs.
It include extraction of TDL and modifying XML descriptor. 
I think this process should be automated somehow. Is it responsibility of
server vendor? (SUN's j2ee doesn't have any tools to do that as far as I can
see)

Any comments would be appreciated,
