Jenkins Oak build matrix

Hi there,

this one became hard to use because of the mix of trunk and maintenance 
branches, the set of JDKs and all the profiles.

I have now split the maintenance branch builds into

 
<https://builds.apache.org/job/Apache%20Jackrabbit%20Oak%20(maintenance%20branch)%20matrix/>

The original

   <https://builds.apache.org/job/Apache%20Jackrabbit%20Oak%20matrix/>

now only builds trunk.
