Document team reviewed and suggest to use EVENTS_DROPPED_DUE_TO_PRIMARY_SENDER_NOT_RUNNING: "Number of events dropped because the primary gateway sender is not running." 

instead of:

NOT_QUEUED_EVENTS_AT_YET_RUNNING_PRIMARY_SENDER: "Number of events not added to primary queue due to sender yet running."
