Publish Event using external Bundle

Hi, I have the following problem. I read differents posts in the forum but I
don't understand the solutions.
I generated producer bundle provided by muse. Now it expose only the
operation subscribe, getCurrentMessage... as specified in ws-notification
specification, not exposing for example publish or add topic methods
In particular the example start an internal thread and publish periodically
a message to consumers subscribed.
Or can it be implemented to monitoring a resource and when the resource
change it notify the events.
What I want is the possibility for an external bundle of use the
wsn-producer bundle and publish message on a topic, calling the publish
method, when it want.
This thing is necessary for my thesis. I hope that you help me. I'm
disperated
