Nested tags and trees

I am trying to use the monkeytree example for the nested tags for trees from the pilotLight webpage. I am using tomcat 4.1.21 and last night's struts build. I have been unable to get the MonkeyTree.jsp to compile/display. Has anyone tried any of the tree examples on Tomcat 4.1.x?

Any info really appreciated.
